Community leaders honored at graduation ceremony
|
The graduation ceremony for Jefferson Community College and Jefferson Technical College will be held at 6:30 p.m., Monday, May 9, in the Cascade Ballroom of the Kentucky International Convention Center.
This will be the last year the colleges will be recognized as separate institutions; the colleges fully consolidate on July 1. Nearly 1,200 students will graduate from the colleges this semester. |

Students honored for academic achievement
|
|
Jefferson Community College and Jefferson Technical College students were recognized April 19 for various academic achievements. The students were honored in a ceremony at the Southwest Campus, attended by Kentucky Community & Technical College System President Dr. Michael McCall. |

Three Jefferson Technical College students advanced to national competition during the state finals of SkillsUSA held April 8 and 9 in Louisville.
