Make a Payment - Instructions 3/4

Step Three

Allows you to specify the payment amount.  This panel allows you to pay specific charges at specific amounts, or you can pay all charges. 

• To pay all charges, click on the ‘pay charges’ button.  When this button is clicked the ‘Payment Amount’ is automatically completed with the total due for each ‘Item Description". 
  
  
• To pay less than the total due, Enter an amount under the ‘Payment Amount’ column for each ‘Item Description’ you wish to pay for at this time.  Once completed, click on the ‘calculate grand total’ button.  This will then calculate the amounts they selected under the ‘Payment Amount’ column.

Once this panel has been completed , you have the option to CANCEL the whole process, PREVIOUS, go back to Step Two , or NEXT to continue the make a payment process.
