General Instructions for How to Register Online
Who can register online?
All currently
enrolled students
are encouraged to
register online. Students must have
activated their
Jefferson email and PeopleSoft accounts. Online enrollment is
activated for each student by the number of cumulative earned hours at
Jefferson.
Directions
for enrolling yourself are below in video and document format. We
encourage you to contact an advisor on your campus if you need help
choosing the correct classes for your major.
Students who
wish to register online but do not know what courses are needed for
their major, MUST first meet with an academic advisor to complete an
Academic Program Plan (APP)
http://www.jefferson.kctcs.edu/docs/academicprogramplans/.
Please
contact an
advisor on your campus about completing the APP.

How can I find out what courses I still need to take to graduate?
All students are encouraged to take advantage of advising services available at all campuses. In fact, new students will be required to see an advisor to ensure that they have a solid plan for their future courses, and all students with 45 hours or more will be required to meet with an advisor to ensure that they are on track for graduation. However, you may find that, once you have a solid plan, you do not need to see an advisor every semester. Through your self-service access to PeopleSoft, you have the ability to run your own personalized degree audit to check your progress or to help you determine which courses to register for each semester.

If you would like to see an advisor please contact the Advising Office
